The durable plastic construction is lightweight and practical for seasonal decorating, while the green cable is designed to disappear naturally among tree branches and foliage.

The LED lights comply with the EN 62471 photobiological safety standard. The product also complies with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU and RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU, as amended by Directive (EU) 2015/863.

Care instructions

Follow the supplied electrical and installation instructions before use. Check the cable, candle lights, transformer and plug for signs of damage before installation. Do not use the lights if any component appears damaged.

Secure the lights carefully without pulling, tightly twisting or trapping the cable. Although IP44 rated, the lights should not be submerged or exposed to standing water. For outdoor displays, position the transformer, plug and connections exactly as directed by the supplier.

Disconnect the lights from the power supply before adjusting, cleaning or storing them. Wipe gently with a clean, dry cloth and do not use chemical or abrasive cleaning products.

After Christmas, carefully remove the lights and loosely coil the cable to prevent tangling. Store in a clean, dry place away from moisture and extreme temperatures.

Sustainability

The lights comply with RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU, as amended by Directive (EU) 2015/863. This legislation restricts specified hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. No additional sustainability claims have been provided by the supplier.

UK mainland delivery within 2–4 working days.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation once your order leaves us. Our delivery partner will then provide a specific delivery date with a two-hour time window. Delivery is to the ground floor entrance of the property.

Next Day Delivery – £9
Available for UK mainland orders placed before 1pm.
Orders placed after 1pm may not qualify for next working day delivery. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend contacting us via live chat and we will do our best to assist.

Returns

If your purchase isn’t quite right, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

DPD Drop off: Returns can be arranged through our online portal in partnership with DPD. You may generate a returns label (printable or QR code) for £9, covering up to three parcels.

The £9 return fee will be deducted from your refund once your returned items have been received and processed.

DPD Collection: For added convenience, we can arrange a dedicated home collection with DPD. This service is available at £15 per booking (up to three parcels) and will be deducted from your refund once your return has been processed. Simply contact our team and we will arrange a suitable collection date for you.
